Elizabeth Lustrin, M.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Lustrin is a Board Certified
physician in radiology whose specialty is neuroradiology.
After receiving a B.A. from the University of
Pennsylvania, Dr. Lustrin went on to get her M.D. from New York Medical
College in Valhalla, NY. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at
Long Island Jewish Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident from
1992-93. She continued her post-graduate training in neuroradiology with
subspecialty training in head and neck and pediatric neuroradiology at
Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Lustrin has held the positions of
Clinical Instructor of neuroradiology at the Harvard School of Medicine and
Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
She has been a full time Attending Neuroradiologist at Long Island Jewish
Medical Center, where she has served as both Fellowship Director for the
Neuroradiology Program and Acting Co-Chief in the Division of Neuroradiology.
Dr. Lustrin is a member of the American
College of Radiology, the American Society of Neuroradiology, the American
Society of Head and Neck Radiology, the American Society of Spine Radiology
and the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology.
Dr. Lustrin's published writings and lectures
have focused on CT angiography of the head and neck, pediatric spinal trauma
and head and neck (ENT) radiology.
