Dr. Tira Bunyaviroch is a Board
Certified physician in Diagnostic Radiology with a Certificate of Added
Qualification in Nuclear Radiology.
Dr Bunyaviroch received his B.S.
at Brown University in Providence, RI. He then received his M.D. at the
Brown University School of Medicine, also in Providence. He completed his
residency in Radiology at St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital in New York City
and post-graduate fellowship in Nuclear Radiology at Duke University Medical
Center in Durham, NC.
Dr Bunyaviroch has served as an
Instructor in Radiology at Boston University Medical School in Boston, MA.
Dr Bunyaviroch is a member of
the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of
Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society of Nuclear
Medicine.
Dr Bunyaviroch's published
writings and lectures have focused on Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
regarding oncology and optimization techniques, as well as Single Photon
Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT).
